结果表明:所克隆片断长度为463bp;F基因的裂解位点序列为112R-R-Q-K-R-F117,并且第101位为K(赖氨酸),121位为V(缬氨酸),具有基因Ⅶ型副粘病毒强毒株的特征序列;分离株与Lasota株同源性为81。
