<Abstrcat>To satisfy the need of air-conditioning real-time control,neural network prediction models of psychrometric properties were built by the use of artificial neural network texhnology,fulfill the intelligent prediction of psychrometric properties.

Because of the complex nonlinear relationship among psychrometric properties,using conventional approaches to measure psychrometric properties is very difficult for hardware implementation,and can not satisfy the need of air-conditioning real-time control also.

This paper analyzes how to determine the air state parameters and calculating methods for pool and hall of indoor swimming building,and introduces the measures taken to prevent the surrounding structure from dewing,and discusses on the problems such as dividing system for pool area and audience area,air flow organization and increasing human heat comfortable sense etc.

This paper introduces the procedure about application of excel in calculation of air parameter of state, involving the environment of computer hardware and software which the procedure needed when it is used, the application of internal function, the designing process of computer procedure.
