原料 番薯400克，白糖、糯米粉、食用油适量。
做法
1、将番薯蒸熟，趁热剥去皮，并用勺子把番薯压成薯泥，然后试一下甜度，若淡的话，可以趁热加白糖，再加入适量的糯米粉，使之拌成柔软不沾手的粉团（粉要慢慢加入，先用勺子拌后，再用手搓来感觉粉团的粘度）。
2、取一小粉团用手按压成小饼形，用平底锅抹油，慢火煎至两面金黄熟透便可（番薯饼煎熟后会较未熟的金黄通透，且饼内会稍微鼓起）。
