妊娠并发病毒性肝炎
孕妇肝炎发生率约为非孕妇的6倍，重症肝炎是孕产妇死亡原因之一。因此，孕妇应加强营养，多摄入蛋白质及维生素以增强抵抗力，注意个人卫生与饮食卫生预防肝炎发生。患肝炎的育龄妇女，应在病愈后1年左右再妊娠。早孕期发生肝炎应终止妊娠。妊娠期发现肝炎应积极保肝治疗。避免用可能造成肝损伤的药物。预防感染、预防产后出血，防治肝昏迷发生，防治DIC发生。对新生儿采取被动免疫与主动免疫相结合的方法，以减少母婴传播，对乙型肝炎的有效保护率可达94%。
