输卵管恶性中胚叶混合瘤


也称恶性苗勒管混合瘤(malignant mixed mullerian ducttumor of fallopian tube)。罕见,占输卵管恶性肿瘤约18%。平均年龄58岁,一般较大,呈息肉状阻塞于输卵管腔内。也有呈实性者,黄白色,有出血坏死。组织形态与子宫或卵巢的中胚叶混合瘤相同,诊断时多已扩散至晚期,5年存活率只有16%左右。
