内痔
internal hemorrhoid
直肠下端及肛管有丰富的静脉丛，其一处或数处发生明显扩张，形成突出的曲张静脉团，即为痔。来自痔上静脉丛者为内痔，位于齿线以上，有黏膜覆盖，以右前、右后和左侧为最常见，与痔上静脉末梢分布有关。这三处的内痔称为原发性内痔。其临床表现为便血、痔块脱垂、疼痛和肛周皮肤瘙痒等。必须与直肠癌、直肠息肉和肛管直肠黏膜脱垂等鉴别。
