性质:表面多微孔的碳纤维和石墨纤维。密度各为1.96和2.25g/cm3,比表面积各为2.58和2.52m2/R,比表面积比各为7.98和0.96,制成环氧树脂复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量各为200,6184MPa和226,6478MPa。制法是将直径0.8μm,长宽比46,相对密度1.96,比表面积2.58m2/g的气相成长碳纤维,边加热至1000℃,边供入水蒸气浓度80%(vol)的氮、水气混合气,得到多孔碳纤维。若在氩气中于2900℃再处理30min,便得多孔石墨纤维。用途为补强用填充材料和层间化合物的主材料。
