The results are:The frequencies and scopes of evoking discharges from the beard s base to the top by the mechanical stimulus are raised;The maxillary branch has higher taste sensitivity, lower value, bigger rate, frequency and scope than the mandibula.
结果表明:由须的基部到顶端上下颌须神经对机械刺激的反应频率和幅度逐渐增强;上颌须神经相对下颌须神经有更高的味觉敏感性,其反应的幅度和频率更大,且阈值较低变化率大。

In the present study,dye racing and histological section were used to determine the relations about the peripheral taste sensory organs and the primary taste central system of the maxillary ramus and mandibular branch(primary facial nerve branches)of southern catfish(Silurus meridionalis Chen).

结果 (1)上颌神经阻滞点至颧弓下缘中点的距离 ,左侧为41 0 4± 2 43mm ,右侧为 41 63± 2 19mm ;(2 )圆孔至腭大孔的距离 ,左侧为 3 1 98± 2 2 4mm ,右侧为 3 1 73± 4 2 9mm ;(3 )硬腭至腭大孔的距离 ,左侧为 3 46± 1 12mm ,右侧为 3 54± 1 12mm ;(4)硬腭后缘可作为进针的解剖学标志。

CT导向腹腔神经节和内脏神经松解术
介入放射学技术。内脏神经松解术治疗上腹痛首先由Kappis等(1919年)报道,此后它和腹腔神经节松解术主要用于治疗胰腺癌、腹部其他恶性肿瘤或胰腺炎引起的顽固性腹痛。目前用CT导向进针向腹腔神经节或内脏神经丛注射无水酒精20~25ml(每18~22ml酒精加2~3ml碘酞葡胺),然后经CT扫描确定酒精分布范围。如果肿瘤浸润进展疼痛复发,可重复进行这种治疗。
