To the drug-fast and medicine remains problem because of the long time and large amount use of coccidiostats,the writer uses A,B,and C three different formula of Chinese traditional medicine and the Compound Sulfamonomethoxine,Pancoxin and Coccidiosis Enrofloxacin to have a contradistinctive experiment on killing chicken infective coccidiosis oocyst.
针对长期、大量使用抗球虫药带来的耐药性和药物残留问题,笔者用不同的3个中药配方及复方磺胺间氧嘧啶钠、百球清、球痢净进行了鸡感染性球虫卵囊的杀灭对比试验。

The chicken coccidian oocysts of fresh faeces with blood were collected by floating with saturation saline,and put into a beaker which contain suitable 25 g/L K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7) solution,and cultivated two or three days in the constant temperature box at 29 ℃,until the chicken coccidian oocysts were sporulated.
把收集到的新鲜带血鸡粪用饱和食盐水漂浮法收集鸡球虫卵囊,在装有25 g/L重铬酸钾溶液的平皿中保存,置于29℃的恒温箱中2 d~3 d,得到混合种孢子化卵囊。

用料：鸡糁250克，菠菜心200克，熟火腿75克，熟冬笋75克，慈姑50克，精盐5克，料酒15克，味精2克，姜片15克，葱节20克，化猪油100克，水豆粉30克，香油10克，清汤适量。
制法： ①选嫩菠菜心，择洗干净。将火腿、冬笋、慈姑分别切成细末。
②将冬笋、慈姑末和鸡糁拌匀，做成24个圆球末，摆在抹好油的盘内，上笼蒸熟。
③锅内油热，加盐，下菠菜心炒熟，一半摆盘边周围，一半放盘中间，将鸡球摆在盘中菜心上成形。
④锅内油热，下姜、葱炒出香味，加汤稍煮，捞去姜、葱，尝好味，加料酒、味精，下水豆粉勾二流芡，加香油，浇在盘中即成。
