Adventitious buds were induced with mature stem segments of Newhall navel orange[Citrus sinensis(L_*)Osbeck]as explants in an in vitro culture experiment to improve the survival rate and virus elimination rate in shoot-tip micro-grafting.
试验以成年态纽荷尔脐橙茎段为外植体,诱导产生不定芽改进微芽嫁接成活率与脱毒率。

The effect of shoot-tip size on eradicating pathogen of Citrus Yellow Shoot by shoot-tip grafting(STG) was studied.
在双目实体显微镜下,分别切取含有生长锥及1、2、3和4个叶原基的茎尖分生组织嫁接到黄化砧木上,以获得茎尖微芽嫁接苗,用PCR进行黄龙病分子检测。

运用茎尖微芽嫁接技术脱除柑橘黄龙病病原,并采用PCR技术和直接荧光法对脱毒后的植株进行脱毒效率检测。
