Taking wild salt-tolerance and aberrance germination buds of Tamarix chinensis as the material,an experiment was established for the effects of different plant growth regulators and concentrations on the growth of germination buds,differentiation of growing buds,and rooting of adventitious buds and the tube plantlets cutting and transplantation.
