In order to obtain High-quality DNA from strains of Carassius auratus, we combine the genomic DNA isolation way of general animal with the reagent used for DNA extract and a general way of animal genomic DNA isolation on Dongtingking crucian carp and Pengze crucian carp.
DNA样品检测结果表明:彭泽鲫基因组DNA的平均产率为735,洞庭青鲫基因组DNA的平均产率为447。

补充资料:青田封门石古洞
青田石上品封门青是“中国印石三宝”之一。封门青碧玉透明,产于封门洞,此洞在山口镇西北3公里。1千多年前,人们就在这里采石,日久天长,便开成很深的洞。传说,一个财主为独霸宝石,偷偷把洞口封住,将采石的山民活活闷死在洞中,从此人们将此洞叫封门洞。产于封门洞的封门青极其珍贵,一枚小小的封门青图章卖价要上万元。封门洞是考察石雕史的好去处。
