| 骨软骨病 osteochondrosis 正常骨化中心在发育中受到干扰而产生骨软骨坏死，出现塌陷或压扁畸形。又称骨软骨炎或骨骺炎。多发生于儿童和青年，男孩较多见。病因可能是损伤或骨骺血液供应障碍所致。病程在数月乃至十余年内可自愈，也可残存畸形，部分可发展为骨关节病。发病缓慢，局部常有疼痛、压痛，可有跛行。X射线片显示病变区骨密度增高，有裂缝、碎段，但关节间隙不窄。另有一型坏死的骨软骨块剥脱于关节腔，称为剥脱性骨软骨炎。治疗方法为患肢休息、制动及用镇痛药物。尚未完全剥脱的负重区骨软骨块可在原位用骨钉固定，已剥脱的可切除。常见的部位为股骨头骨骺、胫骨结节骨骺、跗舟骨骨骺、跟骨骨骺、跖骨头、月骨及脊椎骨骺等。 |
