透明带
卵母细胞周围的颗粒细胞在卵泡发育过程中分泌的一种黏多糖，是一种明胶样糖蛋白复合体，致使与卵母细胞之间的狭窄缝隙中出现薄片样斑点物质，最后在卵母细胞周围融合，并渐渐增加厚度，形成透明带。排卵时透明带随卵母细胞一同排出，起着保护卵细胞的作用，且具有特异性精子受体，可与同种精子结合，使之得以穿过透明带与卵子结合。这在防止异种精子穿入和阻断多精子受精有重要意义，并在卵裂与着床前起重要功能。
