With S2, S5 and PDR54 dwarfing inter-stocks grafted different varieties as plant materials , the applied effect of the grafting pear, including its disease resistance, dwarfing performance , mineral elements content, early bearing ,high yield, fruit character and plant-test benefit etc ,was investigated in this paper.
本论文以梨树S2、S5和PDR54做矮化中间砧木,嫁接不同梨品种为试材,对其砧木本身抗病性及嫁接树的矮化性能、矿质元素含量、早果性、早丰性、果实性状及生产效益等内容进行了试验研究,取得如下进展: 1、S2、S5和PDR54为中间砧的嫁接树,三个中间砧木对嫁接树均有一定的矮化作用,矮化效果的大小顺序为:PDR54>S5>S2。

补充资料：中间砧(inter stock)
| 中间砧(inter stock) 位于接穗和基砧之间的一段砧木。用于二重或多重嫁接，其成苗称中间砧果苗。果苗由品种接穗、中间砧、基砧3部分组成。由于矮化砧繁殖困难，繁殖系数低，根系发育较差，所以将具有某种特性的砧木枝条用作中间砧，利用基砧根系发达，固地性、抗性、适应性强，采种繁殖容易等和矮化砧木对接穗的影响，共同作用于接穗品种，以达到矮化树冠。 苗木的常规培育过程是，选择当地适宜的苹果实生砧木作基砧，在实生苗近地面处嫁接矮化砧木作中间砧，翌年再于矮化中间砧枝段的25-35cm处嫁接苹果品种，培养出成苗。采取二重枝接或分段芽接方法培育矮化中间砧苹果苗木，育苗期缩短1年，但操作技术较为复杂。中间砧的长度在一定范围内与矮化、早果效应呈正相关，因此其长度不应短于25cm。 |
