[原料/调料]
蛤仔20粒，猪肚1／2个，鲜香菇6朵，荷兰豆50克。
[制作流程]
①将猪肚反面用盐冲洗，再用油擦洗两遍、然后用热水煮熟透，捞起待凉。将鲜香菇、荷兰豆、蛤仔洗净。香菇对切，荷兰豆去头尾。
②将冷却后的猪肚切块，放回原来的猪肚汤内，加入鲜香菇，待滚后再放蛤仔于汤内，然后加入荷兰豆，最后用盐、味精调味即可。
