蓝布尔氏雅尔氏鞭毛虫病 giardiasis lamblia 由蓝布尔氏雅尔氏鞭毛虫寄生于人体小肠引起的寄生虫病。旧译蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫病。该病呈世界性分布,为旅游者腹泻的重要病因。蓝布尔氏雅尔氏鞭毛虫有滋养体及包囊两期,后者对外界有较强抵抗力,是传播的主要形式。病人及带囊者是本病的传染源。临床症状有食欲不振、上腹隐痛 、腹胀,腹泻为水样便,部分病例出现吸收不良综合征,偶可引起胆囊炎及胆管炎。诊断依据粪便中找到虫体或包囊,检测粪便中虫体抗原对早期诊断有重要意义。灭滴灵治疗有效。 |
