The bamboo resources of Shuangjiang county hold the characteristics of rich germplasm resources;considerable area,low productivity and big investment required of natural bamboo resources;limited area,scattered cultivation,and extensive management of artificial bamboo forests;significant potential in Dendrocalamus hamiltonii development.
