This paper introduced some problems in prestressed concrete pipe-pile construction—selection of pile hammer,the difference and relation between static pressure and bearing capacity of single pile,effect of pushing against soil and prevention measure,aging effect and the limitation time of the bearing test,foundation excavation.

Through concrete example of engineering accidents, this paper analyzes the reasons of fragment splitting and break of pilework of common reinforced concrete pre-pile from aspects of selection of pile hammer, shock stress, design of pile top and detail structure of the pile, and discusses the concrete method of filling pile.
