Guoji BiaoZhunhua Zuzhi Xicofeizhe ZhengceWe咖onhui国际标准化组织消费者政策委员会(150Q洲叻ittee on Consumer Poli叮;150/COPOLCO)国际标准化组织(150)的4个重要委员会之一，成立于1978年。其主要工作是在国际标准化领域里开展保护消费者权益方面的标准化及发展战略咨询工作。每年召开一次年会，年会召开前举办为时一天的公众研讨会。研讨会的主题均是全球标准化的热点问题，如产品安全、环境等问题。l哭旧年的主题是通过标准化保护全球老年人的权益问题。年会一般作出若干决议和年度工作报告，并提交给150中央理事会。决议有标准化的若干优先领域、消费者参与标准化工作等。年度工作报告一般是该组织各项工作的内容与进展。该组织面向150的所有成员团体，它们可以作为CO-POLCO的参与成员(P成员，有表决权)，也可以作为COPOLCO的观察成员(O成员，没有表决权)。】50的通信成员也可以作为它的观察员。目前该组织共有成员73个，遍布全球。国际电工委员会(IEC)与其有良好的合作。IEC与COPO比0的合作方式主要有:派代表参加COPO比O的年会及其工作组，对涉及两个组织共同利益的重要文件草案通过相互传递的方式征求愈见。与COPO忧O有联系的还有消费者国际(a)和经济合作与发展组织(OECD)。(孙世平)
