【Method】 Corpus luteum of bovine was collected,paraffin slice prepared with routine method and dyed with immunohistochemistry streptavidin-peroxidase(SP)method combining with double-labeled immunohistochemistry,then a photograph was taken after examining under the microscope,and the coexistence of 5-HT、NSE and SYN in cycling corpus luteum cells of bovine was studied.
【方法】采集黄牛黄体,常规方法制备石蜡切片,采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法,结合免疫组化双标记法染色后,镜检拍照,研究牛周期性黄体细胞中5-HT与NSE和SYN的共存情况。
