主料:豇豆、长茄子
调料:盐、鸡精、酱油、醋、香油、白酒、腐乳、芝麻酱、辣椒油、白糖、葱、蒜
烹制方法:
1、将豇豆切断入锅中焯熟,取出晾凉,取一器皿,放入腐乳、白酒、白糖、酱油、醋、盐、葱花、香油拌匀浇在豇豆上即可;
2、将茄子切成条入锅中蒸熟,取一器皿,放入蒜末、芝麻酱、鸡精、盐、凉开水少许拌匀,浇在茄子上即可。
特点:解暑开胃,酸辣可口。
