脾-性腺融合


　　病名。指脾组织见于左侧 阴 囊者。是一种非常少见的先天性畸形。患者常怀疑有3个睾丸，医生也常误认为是肿瘤。多 见于下列情况：①有一带状结构将正常位的脾脏和睾丸、附睾连接在一起，此带状结构可能 是脾组织，亦可能是附睾组织或纤维组织。②异位的副脾和睾丸、附睾相连，正常脾与异位 副脾间无带状结构。几乎所有的病例都发生于左侧。多伴有左侧隐睾、缺肢畸形和小下 颌； 此外，可并发双侧隐睾、尿道下裂、锁肛和先天性膈疝等畸形。临床可见阴囊疼痛，或在过 量运动和感染时疼痛，常有阴囊肿胀感。本病不易做出正确诊断，经常是在做疝或隐睾手术 时发现，或在尸检时查出。治疗可手术摘除脾脏，阴囊内的副脾在白膜外时，容易剔除，睾 丸不受损。如果副脾在白膜内与睾丸组织融合，则睾丸不宜保留。
