tudi guihua xue土地规划学(land禅~ngscience)根据自然规律和社会经济规律研究一定时期、一定地区人类活动与土地之间优化利用组合，即土地利用的合理结构和调配的一门学科。又称土地利用规划学。是土地科学的一个分支学科。其核心任务是研究合理利用土地和保护土地的理论和方法。具体是:①综合研究地区土地的自然特点以及社会、经济条件，研究该地区的土地利用方向和结构，研究各部门、各单位间的土地资源调配方案，为土地管理提供科学依据。②研究人类活动与土地利用的相互制约关系，提出土地开发利用、治理、保护的途径和措施。③研究编制土地利用规划方案的技术和方法。土地规划学的内容包括土地利用的现状分析、预测、分配、布局;土地工程设计;土地利用规划方案(包括地区的总体规划和企业内的详细规划)和规划实施措施等。其目的是在合理利用土地和保护土地生态环境的前提下，提高土地利用率和土地生产力。 苏联列宁农业科学院通讯院士C.A.乌达钦于1叫0年编著了《土地规划设计》一书(1951年修改再版)，主要内容有:土地规划设计的理论基础、场间土地规划、集体农庄内土地规划、国营农场场内土地规划、土地规划的区域特点5部分。1958年2月该书译成中文出版，并作为当时培训土地规划干部和大专院校学生的教材。从此土地规划学引进中国，并由中国土地科学工作者结合实际创造具有中国特色的土地规划学，从50年代后期至印年代初，中国正式出版了《人民公社土地规划问题》、《国营农场土地规划设计》、《农业生产合作社土地规划资料汇编》、《人民公社规划汇编》等书;此外，还编著了一些内部教材，如《土地规划讲义》(19反〕年，东北农学院)、《土地规划设计学》(1%3年，南京农学院)等。1986年，中国国家土地管理局成立，依据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》要求，组织各级土地管理部门和科研院校编制各级土地利用总体规划，使土地利用规划学在实践中得到长足发展。(唐万新)
