泡的裙带菜200g﹐香油1大勺﹐水15杯﹐粳米2.5杯﹐盐2～3小勺
[制作流程]
<裙带菜粥>做法﹕
(1)淘米后泡2小时左右﹐并捞在筐里除去水份。
(2)把裙带菜切碎后用香油炒一炒﹐并加水熬汤。
(3)在热汤里放米并熬粥。
(4)以盐调味。
