This paper uses gene engineering technique to construct plant expression vectors of stilbene synthase gene appended by fruit special expression promoter,and introduces these vectors into agrobacterium strains LBA4404 and EHA105,and uses PCR and restriction enzyme digestion technique to identify these strains.
