【功用主治】
治慢性气管炎，乳汁不通。 ①《别录》："主大风，乳汁不出，产难，强阴气。" ②《日华子本草》："壮水脏，下乳，通血脉。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～3钱。
【选方】
治虚劳：生泽泻花叶(切)五两。以水三升，煮至一升半，去滓，下羊肚、葱，豉等于汁中，煮羹香热，任意食之。(《圣济总录》泽泻羹)
【临床应用】
治疗慢性气管炎 取泽泻全草干品1两，每日3次煎服，10天一疗程。据384例观察，总有效率为89%，显效率占30%。止咳、平喘、化痰作用均较明显，但疗效出现多在第4～5天。对单纯型、喘息型及并发肺气肿的病例，疗效无显著差异。
