这一由面粉拌和猪油、南乳、白糖等配料制成的传统食品，形似金黄色蝴蝶，当地俗称为“虫崩虫少”（顺德称蝴

特点
大良虫崩虫少——同样有相当知名度,与盲公饼、西樵大饼一起可称三大佛山“手信”特产为面粉拌和猪油、南乳、白糖等配料油炸而成的食品，形似金黄色蝴蝶，顺德人俗称蝴蝶为虫崩虫少，故名。始制于清乾隆年间县城东门外的成记老铺，初为脆硬薄片，后来经李禧记改进，风味甘香酥化，咸甜适度，品种有蚝油、虾蓉、榄仁、南乳等。现时制作的多为南乳虫崩虫少。制法以普通面粉为主料（精面因筋强，炸后不松化，不适用），和入南乳、油、糖、水，比例是：面粉500克，南乳32克．花生油16克，白糖172克，碱水半汤匙，精盐7.8克，臭粉0.3克，食粉0.6克，清水78克，搓扭成面团后，切块捏压成形，再放入花生油锅中慢火. 虽然虫崩虫少只是一种不起眼的小吃，但如今已成为当地人饮食文化中一个永不磨灭的亮点，而到顺德吃崩砂，很多人会毫不犹豫地首选“李禧记”。
