实蝇 Tephritidae;fruit flies 双翅目无瓣类实蝇科的通称。全世界约4000种,中国约400余种。实蝇体中小形,头部圆球形,中胸发达,翅具花斑(见图)。实蝇是植食性昆虫,幼虫均为潜食性,为害植物各部,从根、茎、叶、花乃至果实,许多种类为作物害虫,其中为害果实的种类尤为重要,诸如地中海实蝇、苹果实蝇、樱桃实蝇都是举世闻名的,这些种类均属世界检疫对象,在中国尚未发现。中国亦已发现若干种类为害柑橘、梨、瓜等果蔬的重要害虫,例如柑橘实蝇、柑橘小实蝇、瓜实蝇和枸杞实蝇等。
