目的:构建肺炎嗜衣原体(Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Cpn)蛋白酶样活性因子(Chlamydial protease–like activity factor,CPAF)免疫优势区(181～400aa, CPAFm)基因的重组表达体,在大肠杆菌中诱导表达,纯化表达产物,对其进行免疫活性分析;建立间接ELISA方法检测Cpn感染临床标本,评价重组蛋白在临床诊断中的应用价值,为制备Cpn感染快速诊断试剂盒提供实验依据。

由衣原体引起的一种家畜传染病。如鹦鹉热衣原体(Chlamydia psittaci)对人和畜、禽都有致病力, 能引起多种疾病，包括人的鹦鹉热 （psittacosis），禽的鸟疫(ornithosis)，母羊的流产，猪、牛、羊的卡他性肺炎，犊牛的散发性脑炎，羔羊的多发性关节炎，牛的肠炎，绵羊的结膜炎等。衣原体病的分布是世界性的。中国已从家鸽、山羊、绵羊和猪中分离出衣原体。磺胺药物和抗生素对衣原体病的治疗有效。对衣原体性羊流产已有疫苗可供免疫接种。
