新鲜三黄鸡,去头去脚,身体部分去骨,将带皮肉切成大小合适的片状。
用盐焗鸡粉,老姜片,葱节码味15分钟。
平底不沾锅烧热,倒入少许油,将鸡片放入煎至鸡皮略带金黄即可盛出待用。
在另一个火头上将铁板烧热,包裹上锡箔纸。
另起炒锅,放少许油烧热以后,姜蒜米少量炒香,放入青红椒圈洋葱圈翻炒至熟,撒少许食盐,再将刚才煎好的鸡片放入翻炒均匀,即可盛到烧热的铁板中上桌。
