The experiment studied the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil enzyme activity in Eucalyptus grandis plantation ecosystem of Hongya county.
试验研究了洪雅县巨桉人工林生态系统根系与根外土壤酶活性,结果表明:巨桉人工林具有较强的根系效应,R/S值处于1~2间;3种酶活性季节变化规律明显,蔗糖酶、脲酶活性夏季最高,春季最低,过氧化氢酶活性秋季最高,春季最低;3种酶活性垂直分布规律一致,随着土层的加深而活性降低;巨桉人工林在试验区内未造成土壤肥力下降,许多因子都优于青冈次生林;根系土壤酶与根系土壤养分之间存在一定的关系,除脲酶、过氧化氢酶与速效K呈负相关外,其余生物因子与养分之间均呈正相关,且多数养分与生物因子呈极显著相关。
