The 605 bp sequence of halothane gene in 18 156～18 760 sites in 94 Tibetan pigs(Tibet suino) was amplified by PCR.

Diagnosis of porcine Halothane genotypes with polymerase chain reaction(PCR);

The frequency of halothane genotypes in 343 pigs of 3 breeding groups of Sichuan Landrace and 103 Yorkshire pigs was investigated and the heredity of the halothane gene, its distribution in Sichuan Landrace and the relationship between halothane genotype and the economic traits of the pigs were studied.

To improve their bioactivities of oxadiazole and triazole analogues,a series of N-2-perfluoroalkylethyl-substituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiones 6a～6l and 1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones 9a～9l were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,19F NMR,IR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.
