This study aims to reveal the spatial distribution of water resources and meet the various demands for geological survey,geological disaster prediction,facility agriculture,and constructions of industrial and agricultural bases,as well as the development and utilization of precipitation resources.
为了揭示水分资源的空间变化特征,满足地质勘探、地质灾害预报、设施农牧业工程、工农业基地工程的建设以及开发利用降水资源各用户的需求,利用GIS工作平台,采用傅抱璞先生提出的半经验半理论气候资源回归模拟方法,将呼伦贝尔市水分资源推算到3″×3″小网格上,建立的41个表征水分资源空间分布模型,34个通过了极显著性检验,7个通过了显著性检验。

Using the meteorological data and paddy rice production data in Shangcheng from 1971 to 2000,the heat resources,water resources,light energy resources and other factors which affects the rice yield in each growth and development(G/D) stages were analyzed,and measures and paths to defend meteorological disaster in paddy rice production were advanced.
利用1971-2000年气象资料和水稻生产资料,分析了商城县水稻各生育期的热量资源、水分资源、光能资源及影响水稻产量的气候因子,并提出了在水稻生产中防御气象灾害的措施和途径,为以后水稻良种的选育和推广提供参考,对有效防御气象灾害,促进商城县水稻稳产、高产具有重要指导意义。
