One-year measurement of fine roots turnover was carried out in a tropical seasonal rain forest in Nature Reserve (21°57′N,101°12′E), 5 km away from Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan.

西双版纳空中走廊
位于勐腊县城以东20公里的原始湿润雨林内，生长着一棵40-70米高的望天树，架设在望天树上的“空中走廊”，全长2.5公里，它把公路两旁的原始森林连接起来，可在广阔的视野上尽情地领略热带雨林的奇异风光。
此外，林间还修了一条1000多米的石板游览道与空中走廊形成了林上、林下的立体环形游览线。
交通：从景洪客运站乘车到勐腊，票价29元，叫人力车到武装部（1元），再乘空中走廊专线车可到，票价10元。
门票：20元
开放时间：8:00-18:00
提醒：（1）因为路途较远，去的人不多，自然风光保持的很好，那里还有一个很可爱的露天山泉水游泳池。 水又清又凉， 而且流水不停， 循环不止，好多当地人都带着小孩来游泳，所以要记得要带泳衣啊！
（2）那里没有吃饭的地方，要自带干粮哦！
