| 产地及产期: 国内广泛分布于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、河北、陕西、甘肃、新疆等地。 | |
| 介绍: 口横裂，亚下位。上、下颌均具齿，腭骨齿1行，生殖季节成鱼有2行明显的舌齿。脂鳍大，与臀鳍相对。随栖息环境不同及个体生长体色变化较大。终年栖息于山涧溪流的群体，个体较小，体色较暗，称“山细鳞”；冬季洄游到大江越冬的个体较大，体色鲜艳，称“江细鳞”。 冷水性鱼类，栖息于山溪水温较低、水质清澈的流水，冬季在支流的深潭或大江中越冬。雌性个体4-6龄成熟，雄性个体早熟于雌性。初春解冻时即上溯产卵洄游。产卵场一般位于深潭下处（底质为砂砾、水温8-12℃）的急流中。卵沉性，卵径3.7-4.2毫米。肉食性鱼类，在大麻哈鱼生殖季节也吞食其卵。肉质细嫩，脂肪含量高，可作为新的养殖对象。其自然资源已趋枯竭。 |
