蔗糖酶-异麦芽糖酶缺乏


一种遗传缺陷病。1961年由荷兰学者报道。这两种酶缺乏有可能是同在一个蛋白质上,属单基因控制。男女发病率相似。以常染色体隐性遗传可能性最大。临床表现为婴儿摄入含蔗糖或淀粉的饮食后,即出现水泻,同时体重不增,并有腹部不适或腹痛等。腹泻可转为慢性,到儿童期症状可逐渐减轻。本病的严重程度与摄入的蔗糖量有关。由于肠道细菌作用于未被吸收的糖类,从而产生了大量的乳酸,因此大便pH值低。治疗主要在食物中摒除蔗糖。
