| 软米(soft rice) 米质界于糯性与粘性之间的一种籼型优质米。米饭质软而甜润爽口，冷后不变硬、不回生，故食用时冷热皆宜。 中国的软米品种主要分布于云南省的德宏傣族自治州和保山地区的部分县，在临沧地区的耿马、云和、双江、永德等地也有少量栽培。其分布多集中在海拔800-1000m之间。软米品种被异地种植后，往往难于保持其原有的优良品质。 软米地方品种的株高一般约175cm，高的可达205cm，茎秆粗壮，叶较披散而色较淡，穗长粒多粒大，谷粒通常为椭圆形，米粒半透明。稻株不耐肥，不早衰，再生能力强，生育后期耐寒耐旱，但产量低，每公顷仅2000-3000kg。绝大多数软米品种感光性强属晚季型，著名品种有毫木西、毫木累、毫结海、毫皮等。仅发现一个品种毫八宛，可作早季栽培。 |
