In this article, parameterized virtual prototype model of rice seedling delivery mechanism, which is the main working part of the 2ZB-8 mini-type rice seedling transplanter, and the virtual model of rice seedling were built with the dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS and finite element analysis software ANSYS.
利用动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了2ZB-8型水稻移栽机核心工作部件—摆秧机构的参数化虚拟模型和水稻钵苗的虚拟模型;通过仿真与物理试验的比较,对模型进行了验证。
