性质:lipoxygenase inhibitors  抑制脂肪氧合酶(ECl.13.11.12)活性的物质。脂肪氧合酶亦名脂肪氧化酶(1ipoxidase),为含铁的一种氧化还原酶,催化不饱和脂肪酸,如白细胞中花生四烯酸的氧化,进而形成参与炎症反应的物质。脂肪氧合酶抑制剂,如12-脂肪氧合酶抑制剂MY3—469、5-脂肪氧合酶抑制剂KS8940等,能保护血脂免受因自由基引起的超氧化作用的破坏,并可用作抗炎药。
