释从隐。姓刘氏。洛阳三乡人也。丱年敏慧誓欲出尘。二亲既听。乃投本邑竹阁院。依师诵习陶练灵府。寻于嵩阳受戒毕。就长水听采才历数年。克通百法中观弥陀三经论焉而諲师年老。深许隐之博达性相。后于洛布金院赴请敷演至后唐清泰中諲付讲座日为众三登法席。夏中长晷览藏经一帙精进苦节人无与比。乾祐二年正月示疾而终。俗寿五十三。僧腊三十二。乃依天竺法火化。收合真体圆净堪爱。门人树塔至今存焉。次有长水县县泉院释梦江者。姓杨氏。本邑人也。神彩洒落超拔凡态。遂愿出家恒诵仁王般若。进具后讲百法论。清泰中龙门广化寺请为众开演。遇帝幸其寺宣问。妙辩天逸悦可上心。时于御前赐紫袈裟。确乎不受。训导二十余年。讲罢行道礼佛。日唯一食。慈忍于物。罕逢愠色。周显德三年疾终。缁素悲慕为其建塔矣。
