精子特异性酶乳酸脱氢酶X(LDHX)的测定
诊法。精液生化检查项目之一。测定方法主要用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,酶联染色及光密度计扫描法,可见6条区带,在LDH3与LDH4之间有一条LDHx区带,与生精能力有关。为精子细胞、精子和伴有精子的精液所有,与精子数量和酶的活性有关。可作为估价男子生育能力的客观指标。棉酚可特异性地抑制之,以影响生育。
