茶树,种生,期鉴定(appraisal of de-veloPment sta罗in tea breeding)对茶树育种在生长发育过程中经历的时间所表现的性状进行评定。包括年生育期和个体生育期的鉴定,利用生育期的不同形态特征和经济性状,以及对外界环境条件的反应,有目的地加以鉴定。在年生育期内,趁早春可鉴定越冬芽萌发的早晚,对温度的反应,芽叶色泽、大小及茸毛的多少,春梢的生长势和生长量;夏季高温干早季节,可鉴定抗热及耐早性的强弱,芽叶色泽的变化,特别是紫色芽叶的出现,新梢生长量的变化,病虫害的感染程度;冬季可以利用自然条件鉴定茶树对低温的忍耐程度,特别是最低临界温度的反应。年生育期内,还可以鉴定构成产量各因子的表现,各季芽叶的比例,不同时期芽叶质量和内含成分的变化,开花结实习性等。个体生育期鉴定,是指从种子出苗到成龄进入全面采摘阶段,主要是鉴定种子的生活力,幼苗的适应能力、树型、树姿、分枝习性、叶片着生状态、树幅树高的变化、发芽密度等生育特点。单株产量和单位面积内产量增长幅度的变化,也是鉴定茶树个体生育期的重要内容。 (王融初)
