Taking the leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens and Pleioblastus argenteastriatus asthe experiment materials, Some flavones were separated with Silica gel column and SephadexLH-20 column, and were identified with MS, UV, FTIR and NMR.
以毛竹(Phyllostachys pubescens)和铺地竹(Pleioblastus argenteastriatus)为材料，通过热回流和自然浸泡法提取，萃取法、硅胶柱、AB-8大孔树脂柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、RP-18反相硅胶柱层析法纯化分离，质谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱图进行结构鉴定，对分离得到的15个化合物进行了结构鉴定：通过分光光度法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定黄酮含量，对六个纯化黄酮工艺、两种黄酮含量测定方法进行了比较研究；通过AB-8大孔树脂柱层析法对竹叶提取物初步纯化分离，得到黄酮含量不同的组分，对这些组分的抗氧化活性和抑菌活性进行了研究。

金沙铺地距涪源桥约1338米。由于碳酸盐在这里失去了凝埂成池的地理条件，因此漫坡的水浪，在一条长约1.3米的脊状斜坡地上翻飞,并在水底凝结起层层金黄色钙华滩,好似片片“鳞甲”，在阳光照耀下发出闪闪金光，是黄龙又一罕见奇观。这里最宽的地方约122米，最窄处约40米。据科学家认定，金沙铺地是目前世界上发现的同类地质构造中，状态最好、面积最大、距离最长、色彩最丰富的地表钙华滩流。
