材料

鸡爪10只,花生米50克。

调料

绍酒20克,葱花10克,姜片5克,精盐3克,味精1克,鸡油适量。

做法

鸡爪斩去尖,洗净,加绍酒、姜片及清水,中火15分钟后加入花生米,下盐调味并中火40分钟,撒上葱花、味精,淋上鸡油,高火2分钟即可。
