Dynamic changes of soil microorganism were studied in different soil profiles in Carex meyeriana wetlands in different seasons.
实验主要研究了乌拉苔草湿地土壤微生物不同季节在不同土壤剖面上的动态变化,结果表明:不同季节、不同土壤剖面细菌数量最大,其次是真菌,最少的是放线菌;细菌数量在表层和A层土壤中随着季节(6～9月份)变化不断增加,B层和C层7月份较低,从8月份开始上升直到9月份;放线菌在不同的剖面变化较大,在C层仅9月份有,数量极少;真菌在不同剖面变化一致,随着季节变化(6～9月份)不断增加。

| 乌拉草 Carex meyeriana 苔草属的一种。产中国东北。生于森林地区沼泽或三江平原草甸沼泽中。根状茎紧密丛生。秆三棱形，基部具有光泽的褐色叶鞘。叶细条形，对折，边缘粗糙。小穗2～3个，顶生的雄性圆柱形，侧生的雌性卵形或卵状球形；雌雄花鳞片棕色至锈色；果囊近卵形，扁三棱形，有褐色树脂状小突起，顶端急缩成短喙。小坚果倒卵状椭圆形，三棱形，褐色。其叶细长柔软，纤维坚韧，不易折断，为草鞋、草褥、人造棉、纤维板等的良好材料，将原植物茎叶锤打后放入毡靴中，能御寒，昔称“关东三宝”之一。 |
