In the research, the method of direct sequence of PCR product,PCR-SSCP and discontinuous electrophoresis method were used to study the polymorphism of SLA-DQB-Exon2, SLA-DRB-Exon2 SLA-DQB-URR, SLA-DRB-URR and Transferrin in sib and half-sib family piglets consisted of Jiuyang-xiang pig,Jianbai-xiang pig and Landrace.
为探讨SLA及转铁蛋白多态性与仔猪大肠杆菌K88腹泻的关系,本研究利用PCR产物直接测序技术、PCR-SSCP技术和不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶蛋白电泳技术,以两个中国地方猪种久仰香猪、剑白香猪和一个外国猪种长白猪同胞半同胞0-28日龄仔猪混合家系试验猪群为试验材料,研究了SLA-DQB外显子2、SLA-DRB外显子2、SLA-DQB近端调控区、SLA-DRB近端调控区以及转铁蛋白的多态性,分析了这些多态位点对0-28日龄仔猪大肠杆菌K88ab、K88ac和K88ad小肠粘附型以及血清IgG含量的影响,以寻找有用的遗传标记应用于猪的抗病育种实践。
