硬皮病 scleroderma 表现为皮肤硬化,或伴有内脏器官及小血管硬化的少见的结缔组织病。局限性者仅有皮肤局限性硬化;系统性者除皮肤外,内脏器官及小血管也有硬化,病程慢性,但后者预后较差,预后取决于内脏受染的情况。局限性者可以自行停止发展;系统性硬化尚无特效疗法,可用中药活血化瘀之剂。 |
