结果显示:绵羊痒螨在夏季存在潜伏期,其潜伏过程与温度的高低密切相关,绵羊痒螨夏季在平均气温20℃左右时开始进入潜伏期,大量螨虫死亡,痒螨寄生数量急剧减少,仅有少量带卵雌螨存活下来,到9月中旬气温下降,雌螨所产卵开始发育,10月上旬又形成痒螨寄生、繁殖的新高峰。

痒螨 Psoroptidae;scab mite 蜱螨亚纲真螨目痒螨科的通称。分布全世界,中国以牧区多见。 虫体长0.5~0.8毫米,长椭圆形,灰白或淡黄色,颚体较疥螨长,尖圆锥形。螯肢细长,钳状,末端有齿,适于刺破皮肤。躯体表面有细皮纹,并具有后背板。生活史需经卵、幼虫、若虫和成虫期的发育。可以世代相继的生活于同一宿主体上。痒螨对外界各种不利因素的抵抗力较强。痒螨为永久性体外寄生虫,可寄生于多种哺乳动物体上,其中以寄生于绵羊、牛、马、兔体上的痒螨最常见,次为水牛和山羊等各类家畜。此外尚可寄生于麋、猴、猩猩、熊猫、贫齿类和有袋类野生动物体上。寄生时以口器刺吸组织液和炎性渗出物,引起畜疥癣,病畜表现为剧痒、皮肤增厚和皲裂、脱毛、消瘦等,严重时可导致死亡。 |
