Under a high saline alkali stress, the proline content and SOD activity of seedlings with the treatment appeared significantly higher than the control.
结果表明 :磁场处理不仅明显提高了羊草的长势 ,相对生长率提高了 2 0 %左右 ,而且增强了对盐碱的抗性 ,在高浓度盐碱胁迫下不仅羊草长势好于对照 ,其抗性指标脯氨酸含量及 SOD酶活性也明显提高。
